1. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT ON LINE
A contract of sale on line is a distance contract of goods and services between the supplier: Small Napoli based in Naples- Via Carlo Poerio, 92a and the consumer through a communication technology called “internet”. The delivery in Europe will happen within 78 hours in America and Australia

The orders made in public holidays will be loaded the first business day.

3. BUYER OBLIGATION
The consumer has to provide at the end of the “on line” purchase to press and to preserve these terms, to satisfy the art 3-4 of the legislative decree n°185/1999. The consumer mustn’t introduce false or invented data for the contract or for communications; the personal data and the email have to be the own data.
It’s forbidden a double registration; the company reserves the right to pursue legally every violation or abuse for consumer protection.
In the case of non-delivery for wrong address or information,Small Napoli s.r.l. reserves the right to charge the customer the eventually stock goods costs.

4. THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer that isn’t satisfied of the goods he received, he can return them to us within 14 days of the contract agreement without forfeit. If the consumer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, he must inform us within 14 days by sending an email to orders@salvatorepiccolo.com.
If the goods are personalized or made “ on measure” or they can deteriorate the consumer hasn’t the right of withdrawal.
The consumer will have to return all the goods to us in original condition and packaging with their receipt and with these references:

The return expenses will be charged to the customer. We cannot take any responsibility in the event of theft, of packages damaged or lost in the return transit.
Once returned you be entitled to receive a refund on the credit/debit card or the Paypal account used for the purchase at the same currency. The refund is made on your account within about a week from our refund request, in accordance with the bank procedures.

5. TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT AND CANCELLATION CLAUSE
SMALL s.r.l can terminate the sale contract with a communication to the customer with justified reasons; the customer has the right of the amount return.

6. ARBITRATION AND JURISDICTION
Any controversy relating to application, interpretation and violation of the purchase contract “on line” through the site salvatore piccolo.com is submitted to the Italian jurisdiction; these conditions are linked to the Legislative Decree n.50 of 15.1.1992 and to the Legislative Decree n.185 of 22.5.1999.
